I had a ok experience with the APRN. He was great! The problem that I have with this clinic is that I can’t even get my medication because I need a PA! I have not had my medication for 3 Days! I have called the nurse line multiple times, left messages after messages! I think it is so unprofessional and crazy for clinics to not get back with you the same day if it concerns medication! This problem needs to be fixed ASAP! Update: I was called by the APRN Tim the next day and was told they have up to 48hrs to fix the problem…. ... read more
Doctor and nurses were very kind and professional.setting was clean and very neat I had a very good experience overall. Receptionist was very professional and courteous
I hated to give 3 stars because the provider and nurse were both GREAT! The receptionist however was NOT. She was cordial with me but as I was completing the paperwork, an elderly woman walked in for her scheduled appointment. She didn’t have her Medicare insurance card and the receptionist refused to see her and insisted she reschedule her appointment. The lady kept repeating that she had not had an insurance card in over 20 years and it’s never been an issue with any other providers. The receptionist made her leave the off... read more
Timothy Smallwood is the best! He listens to his patients and really cares about how they feel and what they're going through. His staff is always so helpful and works with their patient's schedules. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location.
Tim and Arlinda were amazing! I felt so comfortable talking to them about my skin problems and they gave me hope about helping me, something I was missing! If I could give them more stars, I would! I highly recommend them!
