Everyone I encountered at this business is beyond rude. The office manager was rude, the phone operator was rude, literally every single person I encountered. Not to mention we had to chase them down for a week to get biopsy results with multiple voicemails left... schedule a procedure, call on Friday to confirm the procedure for a Wednesday the coming, all was well. So needing to get a PA on my medication left multiple messages for the nurses no one's returned my call and the receptionist or whoever answers the phones are extremely rude and impatient acting and they act like they don't care if you have your medicine or not. So I am behind on a shot that I normally have to take every 2 weeks because they don't have time to do a PA or return a phone call. So now I'm going on 8 weeks over due still calling but no response yet
Dr.Johns is a wonderful Dermatologist! She listens intently, evaluates my issues, and is very astute in identifying what and how to correct them. She has a very positive and optimistic approach on treatment plans, outlining multiple options and weighing benefits of each. The nursing staff is equally as professional and caring. Grateful for this team!
I have been a patient at Modern Dermatology for almost 6 months now. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful with me. My treatment team has been informative, listened to my needs, and helped me greatly with my problem. My Doctor is by far one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever dealt with in the medical professional. I don’t know how come they get even 4 rating I. Review. I booked an appointment almost three weeks back at their location about 20 miles from my place. When I called to confirm the appointment two days before the appointment the staff told me they do not have any of my information in their system and they began to schedule me for another date with no sign of shame or curtesy.
