Dr. Eiler would be a 5 star however this review is based on the following I suspect that Dr. Eiler may be unaware of the challenges some of his patients experience outside the exam room. Over the past two weeks, I have had significant difficulty trying to schedule my Mohs surgery. Leaving this review on behalf of my grandmother. Her appointment was at 8:30 A.M. She ended up not leaving the office until 8:00 P.M. Once she finally was called back, she was number THREE times to have a melanoma spot removed, because the Dr. would wait too long and they would have to reapply the numbing agent. We understand doctors are busy people, but if it is taking you TWELVE. HOURS. to get patients in and out, you seriously need to consider doing some rescheduling, having patients come in later, or being more upfront... read more

I’m very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism from Modern Dermatology of Lexington. I texted the office on Monday after hearing the voicemail state that responses would be quick, yet by Wednesday I still had not received any reply. I also called Monday and left a message regarding a stitch that had been left in my leg after a procedure, expecting someone to contact me so I could schedule an appointment to have it removed.
