Very professional staff and wonderful medical professionals who know how to communicate and coordinate. They take time to answer questions and seem thoroughly knowledgeable about insurance billing. This was my third visit and feel totally comfortable about my upcoming Moh's surgery - even though have had two previous ones in another state that were pretty traumatizing.
It’s honestly sad that I have to rate modern at a 3 stars, I would have given it 5 if not for the experience I had today (I would have given a 1 star)- BUT besides the man, everyone nurse and doctor that I’ve had has been nothing but great. My issue is with Dr. Schaeffer. His bedside manner is disappointing, hurtful and horrendous. I had a cyst removal and during the procedure I started to get EXTREMELY nauseous and starting to pass out. Ellen was fantastic. It was my first time at a dermatologist and my first ever skin cancer screening. She made everything so easy and calmed my nerves. I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I have been coming here for years. Always friendly staff! Today we saw Ellen for full body screenings. She is professional, kind and thorough. We will definitely keep seeing her for our checkups. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes and typically is like this. Over the years we have seen several of their providers and have nothing but high marks for all! Jessica is the BEST. I've been unsatisfied with various brow services over the years, Jess has made my brows look better than ever. She listens to your needs and gives her honest opinion! Also the least painful waxing service I've ever had. Would highly recommend any of Jess's services.
