Dr.Johns is a wonderful Dermatologist! She listens intently, evaluates my issues, and is very astute in identifying what and how to correct them. She has a very positive and optimistic approach on treatment plans, outlining multiple options and weighing benefits of each. The nursing staff is equally as professional and caring. Grateful for this team!
I have been a patient at Modern Dermatology for almost 6 months now. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful with me. My treatment team has been informative, listened to my needs, and helped me greatly with my problem. My Doctor is by far one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever dealt with in the medical professional. I don’t know how come they get even 4 rating I. Review. I booked an appointment almost three weeks back at their location about 20 miles from my place. When I called to confirm the appointment two days before the appointment the staff told me they do not have any of my information in their system and they began to schedule me for another date with no sign of shame or curtesy. Highly recommend! Just did the signature facial and dermaplaning with Jessica. Absolutely Wonderful experience! She made me so comfortable and my skin feels AMAZING!
I only give one star cause 0 isn’t allowed. It has been a nightmare for 3 months dealing with them just to not even be able to get in the door or reach anyone. The receptionist is the rudest medical professional I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My best friend warned me not to use them because she had a horrible experience with them as well. I’ll wait 6 months to be seen by some one else even if they offered me an apt tomorrow …
