I have been a patient of Modern Dermatology for four years. I now see Dr Caleb Rowe and have been a patient of his for two years. Dr.Rowe is amazing, he is very knowledgeable, kind, and takes time to listen to me while answering any questions or concerns that I have. I never feel rushed during my visits. First time for the Mohs Procedure. The surgeon did an excellent job. And also closed the procedure very well, it looked excellent. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for the lab to return the results. People with the same procedure were being taken back in about an hour. I actually thought that they had forgotten me. No ONE came out to update me during this long wait. I finally went back to the surgery rooms looking for someone to see what was going on. Very professional staff and wonderful medical professionals who know how to communicate and coordinate. They take time to answer questions and seem thoroughly knowledgeable about insurance billing. This was my third visit and feel totally comfortable about my upcoming Moh's surgery - even though have had two previous ones in another state that were pretty traumatizing.
