Bruno helped me source and resolve an issue, he did it professionally, courteously and with enthusiasm. The type of issue I was experiencing dealt with a low cost remote for motor operated blinds from around 5 years ago, the remote had been misplaced and I needed a replacement. This ordeal was more hassle for him than it was worth, but he never made me feel ignored. This was our second opportunity to work with Maple Drapery and we cannot say enough about how knowledgeable & helpful they are! Especially their Client Relations Specialist, Brenda Di-Luca-Richardson. Our first opportunity was to invite them to our condo to re-furbish and re-set all of our blinds. They did quite an amazing job.
