For years my husband and I would buy our window treatments from a box store, catalog, online, etc and my husband would install them. Prompt, polite, efficient, very quick turn-a-round from measuring to installation. The electric blackout blind we chose truly keeps out any light. It is lovely. The motor is so quiet, smoothe and fast. It has a rechargeable battery that lasts close to a year. Our old electric used tons of batteries every year. We are very happy with lovely blind and the effortless fast process of getting it.
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly; everyone from the sales consultant who came out to show us product options, make suggestions, and measure, to the installers. Bonus points because they were able to make us a custom motorized shade solution for a high window when Home Depot's contractor took one look and literally said "nope!". Love the ease of a remote blackout shade and being able to finally sleep past sunrise. Thanks, Little Blind Spot!
The staff from start to finish was so helpful and professional . Their products are phenomenal and the install by Chris was quick ; he even did some troubleshooting on a blind we had installed previously by their company. I highly recommend this company !
