I moved into a new house and intended to design and install all the window treatments myself to save some money. After doing several hours of research I felt confident and ready to purchase. The last step in my process was to call a professional installer to see if the cost of an expert would be worth the time saved. We were extremely pleased with the work performed by Sam Kugler and his crew. Sam came highly recommended to us, and he exceeded our expectations. He helped us select the right shades for our house that both met our needs and fit with the decor. The installers were polite, professional and very efficient. We are really pleased with the quality of the shades and the service we received. We would recommend Sam highly for any job involving shades or blinds in your house.
Highly recommend Kugler's! In the last year, we have ordered window blinds from Kugler's twice. The process--from making an appointment for measuring the windows through installation--was seamless. Sam (Kugler) handled a rebate for us the first time and informed us about a tax incentive the most recent time. Would happily shop and order from Kugler's again!
I highly recommend Sam Kugler and his team. The service they provided made my experience replacing 9 window treatments in my home a dream. Working with Sam was incredible, he arrived on time, is very personable, experienced, and in addition has a wonderful eye for color combinations (one of the hardest parts of process). The difference in my sunroom is night and day! I have all the light and privacy. They close completely at night and and provide sun and privacy. Sam was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable on all his products. I will be going back to complete the rest of my windows soon! Couldn't be happier!!😄
