I cannot say enough about Jake and the service I received in such short notice from 24/7 Locksmith of Lexington! My husbands car keys went missing, and of course that was the only set we had. Brian W. is the real mvp!! My father’s house burned down and he lost everything, including the key fob to his 09 Dodge Ram 1500. We called numerous people and dealerships trying to get a replacement fob. The only way it was happening was if we towed the truck to the dealership, paid for the fob, paid for the service, etc. We were looking at $800-900. I had a true emergency when my keyfobs battery died locking my most precious cargo in the car. I was desperate and after making One phone call and only 10 mins later there incredible Technician Jeff Byers was there to help. He truly saved me from what could have a horrible situation due to the way he this extremely courteous and professional technician cared for a brand new customer. For this reason alone I will now only ever use 24/7 Locksmith in the future. Very grateful for there incredibly servicel. Highly recommend!!!
my keyfob broke in the middle of walmart parking lot. I got my key into my ignition and started. drove across the road to 24/7 Locksmith and they had me taken care of in 10 minutes!! great customer service and great service
