I had such an excellent experience here today buying paint. I knew nothing about paint and left learning so much! Navi was super helpful and very patient with me. She helped me pick out some amazing options and sent me home with lots of samples. I also learned the difference between matte and Eggshell finishes. Truly a wonderful customer service experience!! Thank you Navi!!!

Placed online paint order, received email that states it’s ready for pickup. Went to the store today at 4:30, nobody could find order. They didn’t know how to locate order on computer. Everyone seemed high on some sort of substance. Rap music with explicit language being played all over store speakers. Def not a pleasant experience. Will likely not be back. Unfortunate to see service has declined severely in new location. They finally found order on computer and had to make the paint still.

Great location. Wonderful selection of paint (as well as swatches and pamphlets); knowledgeable and helpful staff. When choosing new paint during an apartment renovation I was able to meet with one of the consultants for free to help guide me with choosing color palettes and finishes. When I came back with my choices I was able to buy a test set and get small batches of the colors made to see if I liked them before buying the full size.

My credit card info was stolen at this store. The person behind the counter had my card for a while, looked like they were struggling with a refund. I did not think much of it - I was talking to the other worker about paint color. The very next day I get hit with 5 charges, ALL construction related.

Raymond @ Janovic is the reason my apartment looks so modern, open and elegant. He gave me great guidance on window treatments for the living room/dining room and kids rooms. He also asked really good questions to ensure everything would work for future decorating. He also helped me in searching for wall papers in different areas of my apartment. I cannot say enough good things about Raymond. Thank you so so much.
