We purchased a pair of drapes (for a balcony door) and a Roman blind (for the adjacent window), custom made by 'Inside', a Belgium company that Janovic represents. I had such an excellent experience here today buying paint. I knew nothing about paint and left learning so much! Navi was super helpful and very patient with me. She helped me pick out some amazing options and sent me home with lots of samples. I also learned the difference between matte and Eggshell finishes. Truly a wonderful customer service experience!! Thank you Navi!!!

I went in inquiring of packaging paper not to purchase at the moment entering the store atmosphere welcoming approach a team member name Christian a true rep. of Janovic explained while taking time in pointing out the testure in each role. I need to package Canvas art work .my intention was not to purchase due in fact needing to complete a prior matter Christian did not force me only offered me services rendered. Great location. Wonderful selection of paint (as well as swatches and pamphlets); knowledgeable and helpful staff. When choosing new paint during an apartment renovation I was able to meet with one of the consultants for free to help guide me with choosing color palettes and finishes. When I came back with my choices I was able to buy a test set and get small batches of the colors made to see if I liked them before buying the full size.

DANGER!!! DANGER!!!! Extreme incompetence. Do NOT buy shades from this company. Do not buy shades from this company. Do not buy shades from this company! Where to even begin? Everything this company installed in my apartment is defective. Shades not going up and down, a curtain that completely fell and damaged my wall. Most importantly though, Janovic was extremely unresponsive in fixing these problems. Kathryn in particular was a totally useless person. Her idea of customer service starts and ends with swiping a credit car... read more
