I give one star to your business because of the poor service I received. Today, I went to buy paint and spend my money at your store. Before they even said hello to me, they shouted, 'Hey, you, boss, leave that thing in front of the store (the thing was my $3300 Electric Unicycle) in the front, don’t bring it to the back.' That really amazed me. So, what happened is that I left it in the front, went to the back, and realized there was plenty of space to leave the unicycle. I had the best (and more importantly, successful) visit to Janovic last month. I was in search of just the right shades of Benjamin Moore Teal to paint my bedroom and I was ready to buy the paint (because the painters were coming the next day). Anywhoo, I walked in with all kinds of paint anxieties and left out with the best decision(s) I ever could’ve made and it was all because of Destiny. Tammy was of the greatest help today. She was knowledgeable, thorough, polite and patient. I highly recommend this location. Joe the manager is always available to lend his advice and make estimates of amounts and types of paint appropriate to the job. Five stars!!
The employees at this store, especially Kevon, are amazing!! Explained everything so well. Much better if you are not an expert or need guidance. Employees at the 99th street location will get you what you need but are not proactively trying to help you or explain anything, kind of low energy. This 72nd street location really felt like a neighborhood local shop with super nice people who are looking out for you!
This store super efficent , my experience here was great , i met with employee name Tammy , Tammy had alot of customers this day and even with alot of customers Tammy managed to help me with my match paint , she also saved a personal item that i thought i lost by the counter, Tammy thank you for your help on the regular basis and all the employees at this remarkable store , they work fast and consistent .
