I don’t know how this place doesn’t have five stars. I’ve been here several times, and every visit I’ve received patient, attentive, and knowledgeable help from Chris, the assistant manager. I had no idea what I was doing or which colors I wanted, and Chris expertly guided me—patiently and thoughtfully—toward the perfect shades that are now on my walls. I absolutely love them and never would have found them without Chris’s help. The other employees are also consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I give one star to your business because of the poor service I received. Today, I went to buy paint and spend my money at your store. Before they even said hello to me, they shouted, 'Hey, you, boss, leave that thing in front of the store (the thing was my $3300 Electric Unicycle) in the front, don’t bring it to the back.' That really amazed me. So, what happened is that I left it in the front, went to the back, and realized there was plenty of space to leave the unicycle. I had the best (and more importantly, successful) visit to Janovic last month. I was in search of just the right shades of Benjamin Moore Teal to paint my bedroom and I was ready to buy the paint (because the painters were coming the next day). Anywhoo, I walked in with all kinds of paint anxieties and left out with the best decision(s) I ever could’ve made and it was all because of Destiny. I went in there, needing some clearcoat for my deck in Manhattan. A very rare occurrence and very few places have anything for it. This place doesn’t have anything, but Janovic does at their locations out of Manhattan. The manager Joe was thoughtful enough to order what I needed from another store even though He doesn’t carry it regularly. As it turns out I ordered the wrong Product. It was no problem. Joe took it back. I didn’t have to pay a dime. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, joe
