I can’t stress enough what a pleasure it is to work with Marni at the Hell’s Kitchen store! She has a way of making you feel like you are their most important customer even while juggling other customers with all their needs. Wonderful paint color advice and guidance for maximizing your dollar. She even went the extra mile when I appeared with a last minute request as it was time to lock up and she helped me quickly and with a smile! The store (and your customers) are very lucky to have her.

I’ve been a customer for more than 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the professional service from the entire store staff. Extra kudos to Taylor and Ally who are always a step ahead when it comes to helping—whether it’s with ordering or loading materials. Thank you, Janovic, for the great service.

Store is good but at any cost avoid to make order with elder guy with glasses Lost a lot money because of this guy making wrong code for paint. Disaster. Afterwords he said denied everything and walk away

I visited this establishment for a work-related purchase and inquired about tax-free paperwork. The staff member I spoke with flatly refused to provide it. This is highly unprofessional and, frankly, concerning regarding their compliance with standard regulations. I would advise business travelers to look elsewhere. Not cool. I’m gonna investigate further.
