I’ve been coming every week to your store and I have to mention regarding Mohamed Ally about his excellent service, friendly and very clear with explanation. He is the best on your store.
They will lie to your face about what options you have in paint compositions. They prey & upsell the most expensive lines of paint and colors, if they see you are not a contractor or are painting your own place. You can go on both their website & the Benjamin Moore website to create a paint for pickup that’s in stock, but if you ask for that same paint, they will lie to your face and say it’s not possible. I worked with Christine to get repairs on Hunter Douglas blinds. She was very easy to work with and very professional. She made sure to call or email me and keep me apprised of all details. She was a pleasure to work with.
The staff is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Whether you are a professional or just a weekender, this is the place for you.
All the employees are friendly and helpful. Well worth the price. My mixed paint was ready within 10 minutes. And they kept me entertained, while I waited.
