my daughter had an opportunity to work with Lizette. she made my daughter confused and provided no service. she was rude and unclear. she didn't come across as she knew what she was doing.
They will lie to your face about what options you have in paint compositions. They prey & upsell the most expensive lines of paint and colors, if they see you are not a contractor or are painting your own place. You can go on both their website & the Benjamin Moore website to create a paint for pickup that’s in stock, but if you ask for that same paint, they will lie to your face and say it’s not possible. This store is a marvel to enter. Everyone who works here is very welcoming (Shawn, Bianca, Ally, Patrick, Vicente, Charles, Kenny). I come here almost everyday and always leave in a good mood because everyone is smiling and has great energy! Thank you for making my work easy going!!!
