I've appreciated this company's quality, range and service from the time it was called Janovic Plaza. On this occasion at the Chelsea store where I've not shopped previously I encountered an extremely kind and helpful associate who saved me from a wasted trip. Kudos to him for his exceptional level of customer care.
The staff here is next level. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a year shopping here for my painting company they have been great partners. Kevin is a great manager always ready to help and provide his expertise in whatever you need as well as the rest of the staff like Dee,Zaman, and Kevin. Overall very satisfy with the product and services.
Dee at Janovic Chelsea is simply amazing! We are contractors, and she is our go-to person for everything. She knows her stuff in every area. She is smart, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We always know we’re in good hands with Dee.
I needed extra help picking out paint at the chelsea store, and Raymond was on duty— he was extra patient. I returned because I forgot an item 7 minutes after store hours and he unlocked the door rang up it up for me. So he is also extra kind too. Wonderful service
