Our experience with Don's was very disappointing. We spent close to $4,000.00 on roller shades for 4 windows and this was our experience: 4/15/24 - A representative from Don's came out to install all roller shades. Initially, it appeared everything was ok. 4/21/24 - For the roller shade on our sliding glass door, we noticed that, as the shade came down, it hesitated off and on. 4/22/24 - Called Don's to follow up. They scheduled a time to have someone come out, but made a joke that it was supposed to do that...no apology.... read more
