I have used Design 5 on 4 separate custom drapery jobs over 10 years. They have always been fantastic. On this recent job, the draperies for the 3 windows being covered were 1/2 inch too long. They came out and took them back for alteration, and had them hung back up the very next day, and they were perfect. Congrats to the whole team, especially Dennis.
