Although I did not end up using De Anza Interior, I had to write a 5 star experience with Cindy. My parents used De Anza Interior many years back in their remodel. To this day, no issues with the window covering. De Anza Interior uses the top-of-the-line supplier in Hunter Douglas. The store only does appointments for showings. Highly recommended!! I ordered Hunter Douglas curtains in 2021 in a dealer shop in Palo Alto, the shop changed owner and was not helping previous customers at all. I reached out to De Anza Interior for help. De Anza Interior is super helpful!! They helped order my replacement and my curtains are working fine now!! I was assisted with prompt response and professional advice!! Highly recommended!
This place deserves zero star. Nowhere mentioned it’s appointment only. Turn down customer at the door. Not even allow to take a look at the showroom. Horrible experience. I will never do business with this place.
