I value transparency. Most designers and trade industries I’ve worked with are comfortable sharing the percentages they up charge on materials. If they want to source fabrics and upcharge, I understand. Many do. But I’m uncomfortable working with a company that refuses to disclose the percentages. They claimed this is standard practice but I’ve worked with several interior designers over the years and two different custom drapery/shades providers and have not had this be the experience. The motorized blind covering a big window is perfect. Dallas came to measure and show me options. Within 6 weeks the installer came and after 20 minutes the blind was up. He then spent time going over the operating procedures. Both were were professional and fun to work with.

Beautiful store and great service. The girls are quick to help with their product knowledge and if they don't know they're willing to research and find out. Love their motto of integrity and their giving hearts--investing back into the community!
