Wonderful customer service from Beaufort Blind and Hunter Douglas. I returned a set of 11 year old (purchased elsewhere) blinds that had delaminated. Blair sent them back, had them repaired by Hunter Douglas, and returned at no cost. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Their team was so easy and pleasant to work with! We have used an online blind company in the past and these are FAR superior! They helped me decide on a textile, measured, and installed! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone! So happy we went with someone local!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Blair Baker of Window, Wall & Interior Decor for our whole house, new construction window treatment project. She helped us select 3 different Hunter Douglas shades, roman shades and shutters, which all look fabulous in our new home! Blair has a fantastic eye for all types of design styles and completely understood the look we were going for. Could not be more happy with the service, product and ease of her help. Highly recommend!!
