Very pleased with the blinds and the staff. Jessica and Angel were very easy to work with in the initial set up process. Tommy did an excellent job with the installation and was very accommodating. Thank you.

Andrew kept me aware of his schedule and arrived when he indicated. He had some concern about access to the curtain rod (due to a wooden cornice blocking the area), however, he was able to get the necessary information on the Hunter Douglas Blinds. I was impressed with the service.
Unfortunately, the shutters were not properly constructed to fit my windows and they will have to be reordered. However, I have no complaints about the two gentlemen who were to have installed them. Both were very apologetic, although it was not their fault, and professional.
