Unfortunately, the shutters were not properly constructed to fit my windows and they will have to be reordered. However, I have no complaints about the two gentlemen who were to have installed them. Both were very apologetic, although it was not their fault, and professional. Update: The shutters were installed today and the company did give me a small discount. Andrew kept me aware of his schedule and arrived when he indicated. He had some concern about access to the curtain rod (due to a wooden cornice blocking the area), however, he was able to get the necessary information on the Hunter Douglas Blinds. I was impressed with the service.
