We love our new blinds!! My husband and I moved from Florida to Johnson City, TN area without any furniture or window treatments. We went to All About Blinds and were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful, huge selection. We were well taken care of from the moment we stepped into the shop until the technician hung the last blind. We love the fact that the blinds protect from the cold and we understand also from the heat as well. Thanks for the royal treatment and for such a wonderful product.
I feel I was sold top down bottom up honeycomb blinds. That’s what was described to me in the showroom without mention of top down being an optional feature. I wish I had just gone to Lowe’s. I could have gotten not what I wanted for a lot less than $4900. On the up side the installers were great. Follow up: company reached out and offered me a $500 cash refund or to replace the delivered blinds with the top down/bottom up blinds I thought I was getting for an additional $2000. This company is all about customer service. They arrived timely, brought all the samples needed for me to make a decision, were patient with all my questions. And they even placed temporary blinds in my home for privacy. They did this without a commitment to purchase.
Seriously, Hunter Douglas is by far a top quality blind company! We needed blinds for a new build. We called around to a few different places until we found All About Blinds.
