We have used Advantage Air over the past couple of years to replace the furnaces in our home and more recently for a/c repair. Couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. The technicians that have worked with us (Tyler and David) were extremely friendly and very helpful. They’ve always been very quick to respond and address the issues in a very timely manner. We can’t thank Advantage Air enough for the best service and work . It was very hot week when our AC Needed to be replaced. Soon as I called Advantage Air, their team worked very fast and efficient ( came to our house ) gave us the estimate cost and schedule the appointment to replace the AC. With less than 48 they came and they did fantastic work ( within less than 7 hours) all the Units was replaced and finally we have cool air. Our landlords use Advantage Air and we, as the tenants, are always so pleased with the service and the efficiency! Having our A/C fixed during a heatwave with a quickness was so wonderful, and Tyler is always so helpful and friendly. Great folks!

I highly recommend Advantage Air. Tyler is always prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. I stand by them because they stand by me. They have better rates and work extra hours to get you in quicker.

You called me and we chatted but as soon as I mentioned this was an issue with Lexington rental homes you hung up on me and then continued to ignore my phone calls, the technician you sent out was extremely professional and was a great person to have at the house to look at our issue, my issue is not with your company but the fact that we mentioned the rental business you completely shut down, we have a serious hvac/electrician issue (per your technician) yet you’re only concerned with the Lexington rental properties that do... read more
