Installed a unit for new construction. Installed the entire unit in the wrong location from blue prints to save time. Now I can’t finish my entire bathroom because it’s in the shower. First year it leaked water everywhere. Took weeks to get them out and didn’t bother to even look at anything. 3rd year the entire unit dies under warranty. I had a new HVAC unit installed 7 years ago by Advantage Air and just found there was a small problem with the way they installed it. When I called them they had someone out the same day to fix it. I was truly amazed how this company stands behind their product and workmanship. It wasn’t under warranty but they still fixed it for free anyway. This company is great
Tyler and David were fantastic. They both went above and beyond for our family during the middle of a heat wave. They were also very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them first the next time I need anything HVAC related.
