Brian W. is the real mvp!! My father’s house burned down and he lost everything, including the key fob to his 09 Dodge Ram 1500. We called numerous people and dealerships trying to get a replacement fob. I was desperate and after making One phone call and only 10 mins later there incredible Technician Jeff Byers was there to help.
